Mark Curtis

In Arizona, he is a man that truly needs no introduction, but since Dave Pratt Live is worldwide, here it is:

Mark Curtis serves as co-anchor with Lin Sue Cooney for 12 News at 5pm, Arizona Nightly News at 6pm and 12 News at 10pm.

Along with Lin Sue, and partly due to his trademark moustache, Mark is easily the most recognized news anchor in the state. Mark has traveled around the globe for 12 News. He has been honored with multiple Emmy Awards while covering some of the nations biggest news stories.

Mark was proud to be chosen as an Arizona representative to run the Olympic torch and has reported from many Olympic Games including those in Atlanta, Salt Lake and Athens, Greece.

In 2008, Mark Curtis was chosen to moderate the U.S Senatorial debate, and over the years, Mark has hosted the biggest events in Arizona, including the annual Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure.

Mark is a 15 year member of Dave’s show. They are now best of friends and even neighbors. Mark is family man with his wife of 24 years, Abby, and their three kids: Lyndsay, Blake and Sydney. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, gardening, all sports, movies and having “The Mayor” buy him dinner between newscasts.
